A Letter to Mum


Mum, a duchess, a mistress and an enchantress
An amazon that is elegantly dressed
God made her a foundress
Even when the earth was formless
A woman who is tireless
Even when overstressed
She still finds it in her heart to address
In fact! Her reward is endless

Her teachings are indeed priceless
She advises us not to be godless, 
aimless,  bootless, careless and useless

I have learnt from her that there is no profit in ungodliness
She is one of the best one of finest and one of the wisest!
May God continue to be her fortress…
Amen!

Meet the Convener of the Teachers' Conference 2023 Dinzei Maureen Marris An educationist, a content creator, a poet and a transformer. She is from Onicha-Ukwuani in  Ndokwa-West Local Government Area of Delta State. She attended Military Primary School, Ojo, Lagos where she obtained her first School Leaving Certificate. She then attended Army  Cantonment Girls' Secondary  School where she obtained her Senior School certificate. She attended Lagos State University, Ojo where she obtained a diploma in Communication Studies. After which she worked with Chemical and Allied Products Limited  as a Merchandiser at their Shoprite stand at the Palms Shopping Complex, Lekki Lagos. In year 2008, she was admitted to study English in Delta State University, Abraka where she obtained a Bachelor of Art education in English language. EDUCATION CONFERENCE 2023 THEME: INNOVATIONS IN EDUCATION WELCOME ADDRESS  BY DINZEI MAUREEN MARRIS (CONVENER) I feel extremely glad to welcome everyone to this much anticipated Education Conference 2023 It is an honor to introduce to you our most esteemed speakers who have won accolades in their respective fields and who will be presenting their papers in line with the theme of the conference which is ‘ Innovations in Education’ Blozzom Everyday E-Learning began in 2019 during the Covid-19 lock down with online seminars and trainings. As the years went by we have impacted the lives of students, teachers and leaders. The first conference organized by Blozzom Everyday was in June, 2023 with the theme Learn to Live. We had over forty participants who connected to the conference and were greatly imparted.
