"Ndokwa" is an ethnic group in Delta State, Nigeria and the language they speak is "ukwuani". Lots of artists have emerged from Ndokwa and they include: Patty Jully Aneke (Pee-Jay), Queen Azaka, Pat Uwaje of the midnight crew, Maureen Dinzei, a blogger, graphic designer and an online marketer known as "blozzomeveryday" and many more.
Another artist had just emerged from Ndokwa again known as Emicol.
Emicol also known as Emeke Collins Azowenunebi is from Abbi, Delta State. His singing career began when he was tender. He is a drummer, a keyboardist, a vocalist and a song writer. He has released three albums since the year 2015. His latest album is titled "The Encounter" and it includes..."Your Love is Beautiful", " Ife- Ineme", "Ibu-Eze", " Be Lifted" and "The Way". Meet the Convener of the Teachers' Conference 2023 Dinzei Maureen Marris An educationist, a content creator, a poet and a transformer. She is from Onicha-Ukwuani in  Ndokwa-West Local Government Area of Delta State. She attended Military Primary School, Ojo, Lagos where she obtained her first School Leaving Certificate. She then attended Army  Cantonment Girls' Secondary  School where she obtained her Senior School certificate. She attended Lagos State University, Ojo where she obtained a diploma in Communication Studies. After which she worked with Chemical and Allied Products Limited  as a Merchandiser at their Shoprite stand at the Palms Shopping Complex, Lekki Lagos.
